Patel has developed or purchased and managed 16 hotel properties over the last 25 years, including properties in Connecticut, Georgia, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, North Carolina and South Carolina. Working alongside his younger brother Mr. M.Z. Patel, C.Z. continues to excel in management and business development.

Ms. Priya Patel is an efficient young leader who has already acquired significant experience that makes her perfect for her role as President & CEO of MHO Hotels. She brings with her extensive experience in hospitality operations, governmental compliance, accounting and taxes and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Rutgers Business School in 2011.
